Position: Data Analyst - Google Analytics [Ref: 15196]

CI&T is looking for a skilled Data Developer fluent in English to enhance our technological capabilities in managing and analyzing data across various digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of data lifecycle processes, including data ingestion, transformation, governance, organization, and provisioning. Ensure data security and efficiency by applying your expertise in these critical areas.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage GA4 & GTM tracking and tagging to monitor the performance of our web pages and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct training sessions and provide support regarding GA4/GTM tracking strategies to our Business Units and Country teams.
• Recommend and advise on the best models for setting up tracking and tagging infrastructures, evaluating which department should take ownership – IT, MCoE, or Business Units.
• Maintain existing reports and develop new reports focusing on:
  1. Digital performance metrics such as search effectiveness, webpage analytics, and social media engagement.
  2. Key metrics linking digital outcomes to internal performance indicators.
  3. Overseeing special innovation projects, or 'Lighthouse projects'.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven expertise in Google Analytics.
• Experience in a Data Analyst role.
• Proficiency in English with strong communicative skills.
• Familiarity with digital analysis tools including Brandwatch, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and Power BI is an asset.
