Job Opportunity: Adjunct Lecturer for Big Data Challenge

Teaching Period: Fall Semester 2024, Freelance / Honorarium Contract

Semester Start Date: 1.9.2024

Teaching Workload: 7.5 ECTS, 42 sessions, each 75 minutes

Degree Level: Graduate

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

We expect our Adjunct Lecturer to:

  • Prepare teaching materials based on the learning outcomes outlined in the Module Data Sheet
  • Deliver subject knowledge using interactive teaching methodologies
  • Create examination questions and conduct assessments
  • Advise students and address course-related inquiries
  • Foster a tolerant and open environment, suitable for our diverse and international student body

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Master’s degree, preferably a Ph.D., in the relevant field
  • Initial experience in teaching the subject matter
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English
