Your Role as an Artificial Intelligence Data Scientist

Join us as an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Data Scientist and play a crucial part in BBH’s digital transformation. You will conduct research, design, prototype, and validate machine learning models to achieve targeted business outcomes. As part of our AI Platform Team, your primary focus will be on developing and implementing machine learning and statistical models that transform and elevate our business while advancing our AI strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business challenges and identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Design, develop, evaluate, tune, and deploy machine learning algorithms that turn data into actionable insights.
• Continuously research and stay updated with the latest advancements in Machine Learning & AI to apply cutting-edge techniques in our solutions.
• Proactively work with large datasets, ensuring data integrity and effectiveness in machine learning models. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and the business correlation of analyzed data.
• Lead initiatives to enhance our data analytics capabilities focusing on predictive and prescriptive analytics through machine learning.
• Develop and maintain AI models.

Desired Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and statistical concepts
• Hands-on experience with ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, SciPy)
• Proficient in Python and experienced with Microsoft Azure cloud
• Understanding of databases and SQL for data retrieval
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) concepts
• Proven track record of developing and deploying models that drive business impact
• Experience in planning, constructing, and testing ETL pipelines for data processing
• At least 4 years of experience in a Machine Learning or Data Scientist role
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience building automated pipelines for model training
• Experience with building Python microservices
