Job Description

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will support Joint Staff and Department of Defense (DoD) applications by designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI models and applications. Your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing will help tackle complex challenges and contribute to cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and neural networks using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant technologies.
• Design and optimize AI models for specific applications within the defense sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problem statements and develop solutions using AI and NLP techniques.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art AI algorithms and techniques to enhance model performance.
• Utilize creativity to craft effective prompts and queries for language models.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI and machine learning fields and integrate new technologies into existing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, database management, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Experience in developing and deploying neural networks and deep learning models.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) concepts and frameworks.
• Ability to clearly define problem statements and develop detailed queries for language models.

Security Clearance

Must have active TS and eligible SCI at the time of hire and before onboarding.

Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret SCI

Salary Range

$70,500.00 - $123,400.00
