Role Overview

Join our dynamic team as an AI Prompt & Language Specialist, where you will be integral to testing, training, and developing AI systems. Your focus will be on constructing linguistic content that enhances our client's content moderation solutions, enabling the detection and classification of diverse online harms with cultural sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance and Future Development

• Build and maintain your language expertise using various tools, ensuring accurate and context-based classification.
• Classify words and phrases according to a predefined taxonomy of online harms.
• Review chat data for classification accuracy and correct misclassifications as needed.
• Analyze data trends to create classification improvement plans.
• Add vocabulary based on client needs, global issues, and current trends.
• Collaborate with the Client Success team to address community challenges and answer client questions.
• Contribute to the development of advanced content detection methods.
• Support product testing and report any product outages.

AI Data Generation

• Curate and build datasets using various tools to evaluate and test AI models and prompt effectiveness.
• Label and analyze data to assist data scientists in AI training.
• Red-teaming to test for potential harms in new AI features, evaluate responses, and report results.
• Refine policy input for AI in collaboration with internal teams.
• Contribute native language prompts to the red-teaming library for future use.

Quality Audits

• Audit labeled data and report results, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in German.
• Deep understanding of cultural nuances affecting language use.
• Ability to autonomously follow and execute tasks within tight timelines.
• Strong research skills for documenting cultural information.
• Proficient in presenting observations in formats like reports and presentations.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
