Key Activities & Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth research on customer purchasing and data usage patterns for comprehensive analysis.
• Executing data extraction from both internal and external sources to support strategic decisions.
• Enhancing data integrity through rigorous clean-ups and updates.
• Developing and delivering high-quality reports and dashboards that reflect performance metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Utilizing predictive modeling and machine learning to forecast trends and customer behavior.
• Improving internal processes and efficiency by coordinating with IT and supporting automated customer analytics.

Education & Experience

Candidates should possess a minimum of a 3-year Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a specialized area, preferably with supervisory experience and a background in a medium-sized organization, is required.
