Role Summary
The Analyst, Data Analytics position at T. Rowe Price requires a blend of technical and business acumen, along with excellent communication and project management skills. You will develop data visualizations to support business stakeholders across various departments and may collaborate with senior team members as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and define business issues, opportunities, and enhancements to implement solutions.
- Develop and deliver reports, analyses, and presentations for decision-making.
- Gather, organize, and review operational data/metrics, compile data into insightful reports or presentations.
- Contribute to the development of new analytics processes or procedures.
- Provide transparency in project progress and mitigate major risks effectively.
- Gather and analyze information to recommend solutions for business issues.
- Create and review visualizations, respond to ad-hoc requests from managers and other leaders.
- Translate complex technical concepts and analyses for non-technical audiences.
- Work with business experts to define requirements and draft project plans, use cases, user stories, or business cases.
- Oversee internal and external groups in the plan execution.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of Project Management and Change Management.
- Experience with Agile frameworks.
- Proficiency in Tableau and Rally.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with business and technical partners.
- Experience in process development and operational functions.
- Willingness and ability to learn new tools, concepts, and processes quickly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deliverables.
- Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This position is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.
Compensation
Base salary range: $73,000 - $125,000 USD
Location: Colorado
Placement within the range depends on relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is one part of our total compensation package, which may include a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance. This job posting is open until 8/30/2024.
