Role Overview: Data Engineer - Data Science and Advanced Analytics

As a Data Engineer in our Commercial Strategic Data Management team, you will be instrumental in transforming data science capabilities for our Rare Disease Unit. Your efforts will ensure interoperability and efficacy across analytical platforms, enhancing our trajectory in business and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage internal and external data to develop actionable business insights across commercial teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver sophisticated data science projects.
• Manage data platforms and integrate robust data engineering practices to support advanced analytics.
• Ensure seamless, efficient data operations that uphold our standards of data quality and integrity.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a strong focus on databases and data engineering technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, MongoDB, and AWS cloud services.
• Experience in data integration and ETL toolsets.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data management in a healthcare or biopharmaceutical environment.
