Join Our Team as a BI Data Visualization Analyst II at Navy Federal Credit Union

At Navy Federal Credit Union, we are on the lookout for a skilled BI Data Visualization Analyst II to help drive significant impact through the development, maintenance, and management of business intelligence (BI) reporting, dashboards, and solutions. This role is based out of our offices in Vienna, VA and Pensacola, FL, and offers a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced BI reporting and dashboards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure BI tools effectively tell a data-driven story.
• Stay current with the latest in tools and methodologies for data visualization using tools like Azure Dev Ops, Power BI, and more.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify patterns and insights.
• Prepare and implement realistic project plans, recognizing potential risks and formulating mitigation strategies.
• Coach and mentor team members, ensuring high-quality project deliverables that align with business needs.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proven ability in BI development and data visualization tools such as Microsoft PowerBI, Databricks SQL Analytics, and Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying.
• Experience with ETL tools, data integration, and data cleaning techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

Additional Qualifications:

• Graduate education in a related field is an advantage.
• Familiarity with statistical methods for data analysis and future trend predictions.
