Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP Analytics Cloud solutions and Web Intelligence reports.
• Lead the creation of Universes and manage metadata within the BOBJ framework.
• Advise on analytical methodologies and data visualization to optimize business performance.
• Ensure management and business units are equipped with actionable insights and key performance metrics.
• Promote a unified data platform that guarantees data accuracy and integrity globally.
• Enhance data-driven decision-making by fostering partnerships across the organization.
• Stay updated with the latest in analytics tools and data initiatives.
• Continuously align Novocure’s tools and practices with industry standards for superior data management.
• Support the development of strategies encompassing corporate data, real-world evidence, and advanced data technologies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure they meet our evolving analytics requirements.

Qualifications / Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
• Over 12 years of experience in leading Enterprise Data and Analytics initiatives.
• Deep expertise in SAP Analytics, including Web Intelligence and BOBJ platforms.
• Proficient with SQL and familiar with SQL Server environments.
• Experience with data warehousing, BI solutions, and a broad range of analytic and cognitive tools.
• Strong understanding of system integration and architecture.
• Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
• Ability to work autonomously in dynamic conditions, with excellent communication skills.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Capacity to handle physical requirements such as lifting up to 20 pounds.
