Role Summary: Business Data Analyst

We are searching for a skilled Business Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in analyzing critical business data and supporting decision-making processes that drive our strategic objectives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage advanced reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Implement and oversee analytical solutions, enhancing data collection and reporting systems.
• Design and evaluate performance measures and KPIs to monitor and improve business processes.
• Support the integration and adoption of new IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to devise strategic action plans based on analytical insights.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of a National Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in an industrial or relevant setting.
• Expertise in SAP, Power BI, SQL, and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of business processes across various departments including Sourcing, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Special Requirements:

The role requires mobility and flexibility, including availability for shift work and emergency calls during off-hours, including nights and weekends.
