Salary Range: $86,840 - $139,360 USD

Job Description

The Business Information Management Specialist provides technical leadership across a broad spectrum of information management functions to support data and analytics activities. Operating independently as a senior lead, the specialist may manage and direct activities related to the analysis, design, and support of business data management solutions on varying scales of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Executing and delivering initiatives/projects through disciplined Data & Analytics (D&A) methodologies.
  • Assuming end-to-end accountability for one or more projects or large initiatives.
  • Leading the development of digital products from provided design requirements with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborating closely with D&A partners, team members, and various data functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in business administration, statistical, mathematical, scientific, or financial domains
  • Advanced knowledge of data sources, tools, and technologies for preparing summaries and reports
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., PowerApps, Power BI, Python, SQL, SAS, R, Visual Basic)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships
  • Sound judgment in decision-making and ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience and strong knowledge of Data Analytics
  • Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
