Join Vidyard as a Business Intelligence Analyst (6 Month Contract) - Remote in Canada

Vidyard is seeking a passionate Business Intelligence Analyst to join our RevOps team for a 6-month contract. As we transition between BI tools (Looker and potentially Metabase), you will support our efforts to build essential reporting for our go-to-market teams. Reporting to the Sr. Director of RevOps, you will collaborate with Platform Engineering and GTM teams to audit, rebuild, design, and implement key dashboards and reports.

About the Team

Our vibrant RevOps team is a diverse group of professionals across sales operations, marketing operations, and systems and tools. Our mission is to drive scalable and predictable revenue growth at Vidyard through strategic partnerships with GTM teams in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, Finance, and Data Engineering.

What You’ll Work On

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and analytics teams to understand reporting needs.
• Build, improve, and maintain BI Tool reports and dashboards for Sales and Marketing teams.
• Monitor and optimize BI Tool performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve BI Tool report and data issues.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and lead BI Tool best practices training sessions.
• Document processes, best practices, and user guides.
• Continuously enhance and automate BI reporting processes for efficiency and usability.

What You’ll Bring to this Role and Your New Team

• 3+ years of experience implementing and managing BI platforms for business intelligence and analytics.
• Experience with Looker; Metabase experience is optional.
• Strong expertise in SQL, preferably across multiple dialects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in creating visualizations to aid decision-making for business operators.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

Our Tech Stack

We currently use Looker, a cloud-based BI platform, and are exploring options such as Metabase. Our BI tool integrates product and CRM (Salesforce) data via our Redshift data warehouse.
