They are responsible for data interpretation, complex data analysis, client-facing presentations, trend/gap identification, and insightful recommendations for Consultation Managers and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with GBT partners to understand complex business needs, data requirements, and translate them into effective reporting, visualizations, and actionable insights. - Analyze and churn travel data to derive significant information. - Run reports, correct file errors, normalize data, etc. - Present complex information and data in an understandable way, tailoring it to suit the audience. - Create scenario-based models. - Produce accurate and timely client reports. - Build efficiencies in the data analysis process. - Effectively handle issues and risks that arise during the project/engagement life cycle. - Maintain a high level of quality and data compliance. - Ensure all KPIs are consistently met. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years' work experience - Candidates with prior knowledge and experience working with travel data/industry will be preferred. - Candidates should be good teammates and committed to organizational goals. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and Access, and Tableau is a must. - Knowledge of Alteryx would be an added advantage. - Expertise in linking datasets and understanding relational databases will be beneficial. - Good written and verbal communication skills - Strong presentation skills - Time management skills to meet internal/external expectations - Attention to detail American Express GBT is devoted to equal employment.
