Job Description

We are excited to announce an opening for a Business Intelligence Analyst in our Mining & Metals division based in Belo Horizonte. As digital transformation continues to shape industries, the demand for our digital strategy and transformation services is growing. This role is perfect for professionals driven to create significant impact through digital innovation. Responsibilities include leading elements of digital strategy, transformation planning, and delivery across various project scopes within the real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage reports at operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
• Independently manage tasks, ensuring adherence to deadlines and excellence standards.
• Ensure solutions are well-resourced for maximum efficiency.
• Create and continually update dashboards and analytical reports.
• Generate management reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, with integration capabilities in PowerPoint and Excel for seamless export.
• Handle data manipulation tasks including extraction, classification, and categorization.
• Prepare KPIs employing recognized methodologies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, RLS functionality, FIGMA, and MS Excel.
• Advanced skills in data management.
• Fluency in English.
