Position Overview

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Work in a fast-paced environment to deliver superior deliverables to the client.
• Conduct service blueprinting and recommend enhancements for administrative processes.
• Apply in-depth technical and business solution knowledge to resolve complex problems, issues, and concerns.
• Gather, collect, record, track, and verify data and information from multiple sources.
• Develop, review, and analyze data collection activity.
• Compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations.
• Develop briefing material, provide meeting logistics and facilitation, conduct after-action reviews, and handle miscellaneous requests.
• Support Executive operations, assignments, and tracking.
• Facilitate project integration and collaboration across the program to leverage new and existing capabilities.
• Assist in developing strategic planning documents for program management offices.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. An additional 4 years will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated ability to generate written and provide oral communication to a variety of stakeholders.
• Proven experience interacting with multiple internal and external customers.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated DHS background investigation (EOD).

Target Salary Range

$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
