Role Overview: Business Intelligence/Data Analytics Analyst

If you're a skilled BI Data Analytics Analyst adept at using business intelligence tools and systems, KPI dashboard development, trend analysis, financial planning, and data-driven decision-making, this role is for you:

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and improve Business Intelligence tools and systems
• Develop and maintain internal and external KPI dashboards
• Prepare reports and analyses to identify trends for actionable insights
• Support the Controlling/Financial Planning and Analysis team
• Provide data insights to various departments
• Maintain the Business Intelligence tool and EPM
• Act as a sparring partner for the Finance Team, CFO, Deputy CFO, and Management team
• Participate in interdisciplinary projects

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics & Presentation, combined with Business/Finance or equivalent
• Several years of practical experience in Business Intelligence, AI, Data Mining, Data analytics, and Data Modeling
• Experience in ERP/EPM projects, either from consultancy or industry positions in international growth/scale-up environments
• Proven experience with data modeling, business intelligence tools, and systems
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, SAP Business Analytics, Power BI, SQL, etc.
• IT project management and implementation experience
• Ability to convert complex data into clear, concise reports and presentations
• Interest in figures, business contexts, data, numbers, research, and analysis
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with detail and accuracy
• Result-oriented with a focus on long-term goals and career growth
• Fluent in English and German
