The Role

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer, you will use various data sources to develop analytics, dashboards, and visualization tools to assist critical business decisions.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Develop impressive, rich, and informative dashboards (Sigma) to aid quick and robust decision making across the organization
• Adopt an Analytics-as-Code mindset for development through the development of data pipelines (SQL, DBT, and GIT)
• Work directly with the business to define metrics and manage their development from end to end, from understanding source data to centralized data modeling and reporting outputs
• Lead the organization towards self-service and enable teams by building robust analytical tables
• Collaborate with teams across the business to execute on data and analytics needs by driving tactical and strategic opportunities

We’re looking for people who have:

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related field, or equivalent industry experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience as a data analyst, data engineer, or BI engineer
• Strong SQL skills
• Prior experience in data modeling for driving analytics 
• Strong experience in Tableau, Looker, or Mode
• Ability to communicate and drive solutions to complex and abstract problems 
• Effective communication skills and ability to understand others and be understood
• Experience working with Data Engineering or Data Architecture teams
• Experience with Sigma is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Experience with Revenue, Sales, Finance analytics is strongly desired
• Experience with DBT and GIT for modeling Analytics as Code is highly desired

Salary & Equity: In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary of $140,000-$160,000 as well as stock options
