Role Purpose

We're seeking an enthusiastic analyst dedicated to enhancing claims procedures and elevating customer experience. This is a pivotal role within our Claims team, offering you the chance to significantly influence one of the most vital sectors in the insurance industry. Your work will impact our claims operations by providing detailed insights and recommendations to both our Claims Leadership team and broader business spheres.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine core data models, reporting systems, and dashboards, supporting the Claims and Fraud departments.
• Analyze claims performance and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
• Communicate complex data insights in a clear and effective manner to Zego’s senior stakeholders, including leadership and external partners.
• Support decision-making processes by providing accurate, timely data and performance analysis.

What You Need to Succeed

• A degree in STEM or related fields is advantageous.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience developing PowerBI data models and dashboards.
• The ability to narrate data-driven stories and simplify complex concepts for stakeholders.
• A good understanding of the motor insurance market and claims processes is beneficial but not required.
