We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our Know Your Customer (KYC) team as a Client Data Specialist II.

Job Summary:

As a pivotal member of the KYC team, you will support client-facing teams to ensure all client KYC records are compliant with regulatory standards, facilitating timely completion of all client-level due diligence. Your role includes assisting in the end-to-end operational activities through the periodic renewal process of all clients, drafting and gathering client documents and verifying client data via publicly available and internal sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly comprehend and implement the firm’s KYC requirements including Customer Identification Program (CIP), and other Due Diligence requirements.

• Analyze KYC records to identify discrepancies and escalate as necessary.

• Engage collaboratively with the Middle Office as part of KYC/AML interactions to ensure timely case completion.

• Maintain the highest standards of customer service, ensuring confidentiality at all times.

• Interpret and manage alerts, escalating to management when necessary.

• Handle and safeguard confidential client documentation efficiently.

• Be adaptable, supporting other projects in Screening resolution, Quality Assurance, or other Lines of Business holistic alignments.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

• Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in a relevant field.

• 0-1 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably in Compliance, Corporate KYC, AML, and Screening.

• Strong research and analytical skills, capable of managing large data sets.

• Excellent client management skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholder interactions simultaneously.

• Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to work independently on multiple assignments.

• A solid understanding of the AML, Sanctions policies, and banking systems in the financial services industry.
