Job Description

Our Content Data Analyst is dedicated to managing, reviewing, actively participating in, and approving various data projects to ensure Expert Institute's primary data collections are standardized, precise, and of the highest quality. This role will be operating within Data Central, our recently established Content Collection and curation tool that allows our products and legal clients to engage with experts from our network. The Content Data Analyst will report to the Product Manager, Data Central.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing and curating various datasets of individuals involved in the legal process
  • Maintaining large datasets to guarantee consistent normalization
  • Evaluating content status and recommending procedures and automation that will best enhance the quality and accuracy of the data set
  • Ensuring the information adheres to Expert Institute's standards in Data Central

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science or other data related degrees is preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL queries
  • Experience and/or a penchant for managing, analyzing, and curating various structured and unstructured data sets associated with large entities and tangential data related to the legal and healthcare sectors
  • A mindset focused on continuous learning and improvement
  • Close attention to detail, robust communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to think swiftly and critically
  • Comfort in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • No legal experience required
