We are seeking a highly analytical, self-starter with expertise in strategic process design to join our Treasury Services Change function within Operations. This role involves collaborating with teams across Operations to identify opportunities for transformation and re-engineering, aligning with the division’s strategic goals.

OPERATIONS

Operations is a dynamic and multifaceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to deliver banking, securities, and asset management services globally. Operations also ensures essential risk management and controls, preserving and enhancing the firm’s assets and reputation. From new product launches to trade executions, Operations develops and manages processes and controls that facilitate business flow.

Treasury Services Change (TS Change) is a global, cross-Operations team that excels in change and project management, planning, and executing Operations projects with significant risk or strategic implications, in collaboration with business units and technology teams.

Corporate Treasury Operations (CTO) is a sub-division of the Corporate Treasury Division. As a global, multi-faceted, and cross-product sub-division, we lead the development of new payments-centric businesses, building scale, and improving agility to adapt to the rapidly evolving payment landscape. We act as a first line of defense for control and governance to protect the firm’s financial assets and incorporate differentiated client services to be best in class.

Corporate Treasury Operations is expanding globally, with regional presence in Singapore, Bengaluru, London, New York, Dallas, and Salt Lake City, all working closely together as a global team.

This sub-division offers the unique opportunity to support a range of products and business lines, serving multiple payment types and client sectors including institutional/franchise, consumer, and corporate cash management. We manage a vast array of complex processes, developing competencies in cash management (payment controls, bank account management, settlements and reconciliations, claims), change management, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

The team seeks a skilled professional to provide business insights for data-driven decisions. In this role, you will utilize your quantitative, problem-solving, and customer service skills to support functional areas within Corporate Treasury Operations. Key responsibilities include suggesting and implementing process improvements to mitigate risks and enhance the overall client experience.

JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

General Responsibilities:

  • Assist BI and business teams in adopting Agile methodology for story writing, prioritization, and managing BI projects.
  • Actively manage sprints, ensuring they are properly set up and tracking change requests while collaborating with all stakeholders to maintain progress transparency.
  • Analyze process data across multiple systems, develop key tracking metrics, and build visualizations to aid end users and process managers in achieving their goals.
  • Source, transform, and normalize large data sets from multiple sources (APIs, files, databases), design dimensional data models, and load transformed data into relational databases.
  • Create objective, data-driven stories that influence leadership teams to take action based on insights.
  • Measure business performance and risk using existing data analytics tools, sharing insights with Operations management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Graduate or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Math, or Engineering.
  • 1+ years of experience and strong proficiency in SQL, handling complex relational datasets.
  • 1+ years of experience in Tableau or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience creating compelling narratives from data and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate technical content and analytical insights to various audiences.
  • Analytical, self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-risk environment and meet challenging deadlines and targets.
  • Excellent analytical skills, comfortable working with large data sets and presenting clear, insightful findings.
  • Experience with ETL tools such as Alteryx.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of financial payments and industry standards such as SWIFT, ACH, FPS.
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
  • Proficient in multi-dimensional data modeling/data warehousing for analytics and reporting.
  • Proficient in predictive analytics using tools
