Your role includes focusing on advanced manufacturing and new technologies like AR/VR. Enhancing equipment performance and availability to meet production goals will be a key aspect of your duties.

What You Will Do:

• Support the production ramp schedule through process qualification and productivity improvements.
• Lead or engage in Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) utilizing big data analytics and statistical methods.
• Align Best Known Methods (BKM) and process improvement initiatives across fabs.
• Monitor SPC/FDC for production sustainability and troubleshoot process and tool issues.
• Develop new processes for emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
• Provide training and guidance to junior engineers.
• Opportunities for job rotation and international assignments.
• Present patents, author technical papers, and engage in seminars.

What You Will Need:

• MS/BS in Chemical, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Materials Science Engineering, Chemistry & Physics, or other related fields.
• Strong teamwork skills, independence, resourcefulness, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, oral, and written).
• Knowledge of big data analysis and AI/ML is a plus.
• Familiarity with wafer fabrication is an added advantage.
