Job Description:

The Data Analyst will be instrumental in managing, administering, and interpreting application databases within the organization. This role focuses on converting complex data into actionable information that can drive business improvement and influence strategic decisions. Your expertise will support the implementation of AI solutions and enable the usage of cutting-edge Business Intelligence systems.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and analyze data using advanced statistical techniques while delivering ongoing reports.

• Develop and implement integral databases, data collection systems, and analytics to enhance statistical quality and efficiency.

• Acquire and maintain data from primary or secondary sources, ensuring robust database systems.

• Collaborate with various departments to prioritize business and informational needs and recommend optimal data acquisition and analysis methods.

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets.

• Handle day-to-day database administration and upgrade management tasks effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Business Data Analyst.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL or Python and familiarity with BI and reporting tools like SSRS, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Strong analytical skills, capable of handling large datasets with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management abilities.
