Opportunity Overview

As a Data Analyst at Razorpay, you will join our central analytics team, where you'll thrive in a dynamic, high-impact environment. Here, you will collaborate with a diverse and talented group of professionals, contributing directly to projects that influence our strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and describe data sets to enhance business initiatives; develop meaningful reports and insights.
• Create and deploy intuitive dashaff(Student Analyst)oards and data models using tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Lead the entire BI lifecycle, from requirement analysis to design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Document processes, identify repetitive tasks, and aid in automation.
• Effectively communicate and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders to align with business goals.

Essential Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in analytics and business intelligence.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong expertise in designing data-rich dashboards, DAX scripting, and data access management.
• Proven ability to work with large, disconnected datasets and extract valuable insights.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in managing multiple priorities.
• Previous experience in a consumer tech or startup environment is advantageous.
