Position Overview

TMGM is currently seeking an experienced Data Analyst with a robust finance background and a deep understanding of trading products. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and coding, coupled with a thorough grasp of commission structures. Fluency in Chinese and over five years of relevant experience are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Commission Management: Accurately calculate and process commission payments, and perform detailed analysis to identify and rectify discrepancies.
• Reporting and Analysis: Design and prepare comprehensive data reports, develop dashboards, charts, and visual aids to facilitate decision-making across various departments.
• Process Improvement: Analyze data to recommend enhancements for processes and optimize data streams for better reporting and analysis.
• Collaboration and Insight Communication: Work closely with management to prioritize business needs and effectively communicate insights through detailed reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Solid finance background with in-depth knowledge of trading products.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commission structures and calculations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and SQL.
• CPA certificate is highly preferred.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance processes through data-driven insights.
