Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Analyst II, you will:

• Perform comprehensive statistical and analytical modeling on large datasets to meet organizational objectives.
• Develop and manage sophisticated reports, dashboards, data models, and deliver insightful analytical results.
• Drive the automation and efficiency of data analysis processes.
• Collaborate closely with senior management and business units to strategize and optimize business intelligence and decision-making processes.
• Support and lead Data Science and Big Data initiatives with minimal supervision, promoting independent judgment.
• Guide and mentor junior analysts, enhancing team expertise and capability.

Metadata Analyst Specific Duties:

• Coordinate with various business units to manage data collection and integrity in Metadata and Data Catalog enhancements.
• Contribute to the enhancement of our Data Governance & Metadata Collection Framework.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates for the Data Analyst II position will possess:

• A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Advanced statistical, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis skills using various analytical tools and programming languages.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, data warehousing, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in BI solutions and innovative data visualization techniques.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP are highly desirable but not mandatory.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
