Morning shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between business sectors and IT project teams (Application Development and QA) to ensure the products/applications meet the business needs.
- Understand and analyze our in-house systems and product range and offer subject matter expertise to our clients and development teams through professional dashboards.
- Prepare business requirements documentation, develop process flow models and use cases to make requirements dashboards
- Work in an agile, scrum-based environment
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
- Work in an agile, scrum-based environment
- Create and maintain accurate User Stories with User Acceptance criteria that the developers, testers and clients can use to ensure that business value is effectively captured and realized
- Work with the Scrum team members to determine implementation alternatives that enhance value and reduce cost while respecting the business requirement.
- Create supporting technical documentation (matrices, sample calculations, field definitions, flow diagrams)
- Participate in requirements analysis, documentation of User Stories and development of acceptance criteria
- Support and cooperate with the development team while implementing the requirements to clarify and refine User Stories
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in business/commerce, statistics/analytics, computer science/informatics, economics, finance or mathematics is necessary
- At least 3 years of experience managing a team
- Experience with Tableau Desktop (certification preferred) and Tableau Server
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently find and implement solutions in a timely manner
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI and other applications
- A strong understanding of IT processes and an eagerness to continually update knowledge
- Ability to multitask, managing multiple issues at the same time
- Able to work independently and take swift action on projects and goals
