The team The Reconciliation team at ETG works with accounting reconciliations at the order level - ensuring we receive the correct amount from customers and pay the right amounts to vendors in all our orders. The Analytics and Reporting team acts as a support function to the teams working in the ERP by analyzing unreconciled transactions. We are hiring a Data Analyst for our Reconciliation Analytics and Reporting team in Uppsala. The ideal candidate will use their passion for data and analytics to provide business insights. This role is part of a global organization working with key stakeholders in various time zones. We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented and can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The role Work with large data sets to identify issues, risks, and provide key functions within Finance with insights and risks related to larger data sets. Present data and findings using visualizations to broader audiences Close cooperation with our BI team to create new features in Business intelligence tools, such as Qlikview, Qlik Sense, and Looker to continuously improve reporting and analytics capabilities Analyze the quality of data and discover trends to identify metrics to support decisions and business opportunities Work with diverse teams across the organization to build and monitor new and existing KPIs. Collaborate with global teams to provide a data-driven approach Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, or related technical field experience Experience in analyzing data and producing reports Experience of programming in Python Extended knowledge of MS Excel Experience in a Data Analyst role or similar Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges Ability to work independently with high sense of accountability Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Experience building in Looker, Qlik Sense, or other BI tools would be a strong asset Experience in Microsoft D365 or Microsoft Dynamics AX would be a strong asset Benefits Working at Etraveli Group means being part of a fast-growing company with ambitious goals of becoming the leading online travel agency worldwide.
