Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Analyst SQL Developer at Dyania Health, you will:

• Utilize SQL programming and various database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) to effectively manage and analyze data within EMRs.
• Work closely with our engineering and clinical teams to define data requirements and engineer SQL queries that access necessary information.
• Create and maintain SQL scripts and stored procedures to streamline data processes and maintain data integrity.
• Develop detailed reports and dashboards to display key metrics and insights, making them understandable for stakeholders without a technical background.
• Perform rigorous quality assurance on your data output to ensure accuracy and reliability, promptly addressing any issues.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst and SQL Developer.
• Expertise in SQL programming and familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server.
• Strong analytical skills capable of interpreting complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication abilities, with proficiency in explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, a problem-solving orientation, and capability to function both independently and in a team.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Python programming is a significant plus.
