AT A GLANCE RVO Health is seeking to expand our Talent Analytics team by appointing a Data Analyst. This role will challenge you to contribute to shaping our Talent Analytics strategy while working on high-priority data projects, aligned with our broader mission of attracting diverse talent and giving them an experience that maximizes their potential. The responsibilities include scoping, executing, and delivering technical projects to stakeholders across the Human Capital organization, and creating analytical solutions that provide them with the data they need. Where You'll Be In order to prioritize unity, culture, and responsibility, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Minneapolis office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays if you prefer. Address: 11000 Optum Cir Eden Prairie, MN 55344 What You’ll Do As a Data Analyst, your tasks will include creating analytical tools, such as self-service BI products and interactive dashboards, that visualize and analyze data. You'll join our tightly-knit, fast-paced, and rapidly growing teams dealing with complex data. In this role, you will develop powerful visualizations, provide actionable insights, and contribute to the growth of our organization. You will use statistics to identify significance, noise, and correlations in data that will guide decisions within the Human Capital organization. You will conduct hands-on, advanced analytics using data from various sources and applications. You will build relationships with our teams and data science teams to identify new opportunities for advanced analytics within the Human Capital organization. You will use market data to guide our compensation approach. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate would have strong analytical abilities, with demonstrated experience in compiling data into comprehensive reports, analyzing trends, and making fact-based recommendations. Experience with data visualization through tools like Tableau or Looker is preferable. Proven experience with data extraction, manipulation, and blending across different data sources is needed. Writing SQL queries against complex databases for data extraction is also required. The ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations to leadership is a must. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proven success in working well with business stakeholders is necessary. Knowledge or experience in peoples' analytics is a bonus. Proficiency in statistical programming (e.g., R or Python) is preferred. A team-spirited, success-driven, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude is essential.
