About the Role:

As a Data Analyst, you will help transform how clients manage and leverage their data. With your expertise, you will architect comprehensive data strategies and provide solutions that enhance risk control, re-engineer business processes, and enable advanced analytics using the latest technologies. You'll drive growth, solve complex issues across financial services, and build effective strategies to address data and analytics challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead data and analytics projects, from assessing client needs to implementing tailored data strategies.
• Lead and manage diverse teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and accountability.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to drive strategic decisions and innovative solutions.
• Develop thought leadership materials to guide industry standards and practices.
• Deliver consistently high-quality client services, ensuring exceptional end-to-end project execution.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Finance.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the financial industry.
• Advanced skills in RDBMS, NoSQL, Cloud Platforms, and other Data Governance tools.
• Demonstrated ability in leading teams through complex projects involving multiple stages of the data lifecycle.
