General Overview

The Data Analyst position involves creating reports, analyzing diverse data sets, and monitoring statistical information that promotes qualitative and economical healthcare services.

Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize data for scheduled reporting, ensuring weekly and monthly quality scorecards are up-to-date. (25%)
• Utilize specialized quality software tools for data analysis. (25%)
• Develop innovative reporting formats that offer professional-grade insights for publishing on performance and quality measures. (10%)
• Oversee the submission of all quality reports and support clinical chart review processes. (10%)
• Ensure data integrity in quality reporting and support ad hoc reporting projects across clinical and operational domains. (10%)
• Maintain software systems and the abstraction process to ensure precise report generation. (10%)
• Assist in integrating various systems into a centralized reporting framework. (10%)
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team's objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Information Management, a Clinical field, or relevant combination of education and experience in data development and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or BSN degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in data/business analysis.
• 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
