The Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Data Visualization Developer with a robust understanding of the Enterprise data ecosystem and its data model. The ideal candidate will be adept at defining strategies to ensure adherence to policies and standards. Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage data visualizations using Power BI / Tableau, acting as a data analyst with an engineering mindset to gather client requirements.
• Collaborate with the Solutioning team, leveraging your data management experience to partner with clients and provide innovative problem-solving solutions.
• Work in multidisciplinary teams, transforming requirements into tangible designs and implementing them efficiently.
• Conduct training and workshops on enterprise data governance, data management, metadata management, data quality, standards, and processes for business and technology partners.
• Provide guidance on data entry protocols to upstream system owners, ensuring smooth data flow to downstream consumers.

• Proven experience managing and delivering large-scale enterprise data projects.
• Strong understanding of data structures and models.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Expertise in using data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with ETL processes, data cleanup, and normalization.
• Experience working on multicultural projects.
• Proficiency in data wrangling, dashboards, and storytelling.
• Ability to analyze and interpret trends in complex data sets.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to communicate with engineering teams and manage stakeholder expectations independently.
• Excellent project management skills, including prioritization, proactive communication, and managing action items and backlogs.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

• Engineering graduate or equivalent with 4+ years of industry experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a Senior BI developer with cloud experience (Power BI, Tableau) and a background in SQL and Python.
• Advanced SQL expertise.
• Knowledge of Cube and DAX programming.
• Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems at scale.
• Ability to work independently with minimal defined requirements.
• Flexible, proactive, and self-motivated work style with strong problem-resolution ownership.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex information to diverse audiences, including senior executives, architecture governance bodies, and IT delivery teams.
• Ability to work across global cultures effectively.
• Experience in all aspects of the data solution delivery life cycle, including pre-studies, analysis, design, development, testing, production deployment, and support.
