Yet, modern information and communication technology plays a crucial role in all of Aviko's business processes. You will become a part of our ICT department. It's a great team of 30 colleagues, with a smaller team responsible for Business Intelligence (BI).
The ICT department maintains, develops and manages information systems supporting the business processes of the Aviko-Group. As a Data Engineer, you are capable of simplifying complex issues by designing and developing dashboards and reports. You help us continue to grow into a data-driven organisation!
Job Description
- You are our expert in making data accessible and understandable using concrete BI solutions.
- You are responsible for the arrangement and development of the KPI household and data warehouse (SQL) for Aviko.
- You design, program, and test reporting solutions and/or interactive dashboards, ensuring they meet the functional and technical requirements of internal stakeholders.
- With your passion, knowledge, and the data you generate, you assist Aviko in making decisions and improving processes.
- You help shape a technical roadmap.
- You assist in migrating our current data warehouse to an Azure cloud data environment.
Job Requirements
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree, and experience with data modelling and data integration.
- You are comfortable cataloguing complex information requests and see it as a challenge to translate this into dashboards and reports.
- You have knowledge of and experience with ETL software and BI tools from Microsoft and/or SAP. Experience with Microsoft Synapse / Fabric would be very welcome.
- You have knowledge and experience in setting up a Data Lake and combining data sources.
- You are analytically strong, communicatively competent, and have a high degree of self-sufficiency.
- You are proficient in Dutch and English, both in writing and speaking.
