Role Overview:

We are on the hunt for a creative and innovative Data Engineer to lead the development of AI tools that empower clinicians. This role is integral to a team focused on harnessing our technological stack to enhance clinical workflows and patient outcomes.

As a Data Engineer, you will:

  • Develop, prototype, and iterate on new features and applications using tools like Python, SQL, Databricks, DBT, and AWS.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies that improve decision-making in clinical settings.
  • Build and maintain scalable, efficient data pipelines to support analytics and AI-driven functionalities.
  • Partake in the full development lifecycle—from concept to deployment—to ensure robust and sustainable AI solutions.
  • Promote best coding, testing, and deployment practices within the team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective database solutions and models for data storage and retrieval.
  • Analyze and optimize database structures by assessing client operations, applications, and programming needs.
  • Ensure database implementations adhere to internal and external regulations.
  • Maintain informational systems to support company functionality.
  • Generate detailed database design and architecture reports for upper management.

Who We're Looking For:

Candidates should have proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, with expertise in Python, SQL, and familiarity with AWS tools, Databricks, and DBT. A strong understanding of database systems, data mining, and exceptional analytical skills are essential. Experience in AI or ML projects, particularly in healthcare, will be an added advantage.
