In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Understanding and translating business requirements into technical specifications to create effective data analytics solutions.
  • Designing and implementing comprehensive data solutions by collaborating with technical and functional teams.
  • Building and maintaining robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and other relevant Azure services.
  • Integrating data from diverse sources into Azure Data Lake Storage and Azure SQL Data Warehouse.
  • Developing data transformation processes with tools like Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks, applying SQL, TSQL, and Python.
  • Optimizing data pipelines and database performance to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Implementing data security standards and ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations.
  • Contributing to the development of software lifecycle and code standards.
  • Working with data analytics leadership on service and product roadmaps.
  • Using SharePoint and Power BI tools for data management, analysis, and insight generation.
  • Providing advanced troubleshooting support for complex operational issues.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Data Engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL databases, data warehousing (Oracle, SQL, Snowflake), and ETL processes.
  • Expertise in Azure-based data services including Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.
  • Familiarity with data lakes, data governance, and data security mechanisms.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online and Power BI.
  • Advanced software development skills and Agile development methods.
  • Azure certifications will be considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent, with profound knowledge of data analytics and data warehousing frameworks. Additional credits for experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
