Wiser offers unmatched customer insights on a large scale, assisting retailers and brands in increasing revenue, cutting costs, and enhancing marketing efficiency. Currently, Wiser's goal is to capture and display nearly real-time data that can help our clients make better decisions related to commerce execution. Our technology uses advanced web crawling techniques to provide an unparalleled view of consumer shopping and purchasing experiences.

Wiser currently has an opportunity for a Data Quality Specialist to join our Australian Operations Business. In this role, you will cooperate with brand owners, retailers, and distributors to provide detailed information, statistics, and associated details related to products advertised on e-commerce sites. It offers clients an enhanced, fact-based advertising platform for retailers through our software-as-a-service platform. The role requires a familiarity with Microsoft Office and the FMCG sector. Responsibilities

• Use Wiser’s proprietary software to gather and organize data.
• Search online search engines and collect databases of required information.
• Work with pre-set product lists, identifying and establishing correct data links from databases.
• Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing datasets with various websites, requiring attention to detail and precise recording of information.
• Document information according to Wiser's format, maintaining and organizing all necessary information.
• Analyze pricing reports, including product classification, search and navigation filters, sourcing, SKU attribute building, product content enhancement, product list updates, etc.
• Identify keywords for predetermined product lists and use them to retrieve specific information from sites and maximize results.
• Carry out other related tasks as directed by the manager.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• Strong knowledge of the internet and computer application skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel
• Good knowledge of internet search engines, databases, and search optimization
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, as well as within a team
• Familiarity with the Australian Market and the fast-moving consumer packaged goods (FMCPG) and durable and entertainment industry is beneficial

Shift Time

• Morning Shift- 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM IST
