Job Description

Wiser is currently seeking a valuable addition to our Data Operations Specialist Team. The
ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional attention to detail, reliability, a strong work ethic,
and a positive and engaging attitude. In this role, your daily responsibilities will play a
pivotal role in assisting our Fortune 500 clients in making transformative decisions!
 
Essential Functions

  • Thoroughly assess data to maintain the highest quality standards for our clients.
  • Proactively notify the Operations Team of any user confusion or potential data anomalies that may raise red flags.
  • Conduct post-campaign data reviews diligently to validate and address any data outliers.
  • Familiarize yourself with internal process flows and departmental procedures.
  • Act as a vigilant quality control point, ensuring data accuracy and serving as a crucial departmental check and balance.
  • Maintain regular communication with our users to address their inquiries and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Play a pivotal role in providing valuable input for the development of future Data Quality tools.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills and unwavering attention to detail. 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications, Educations AND Experience

  • The minimum requirement includes a graduate degree in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
  • Possess outstanding project management skills and an unwavering commitment to attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated reliability and flexibility, including the ability to work weekends when necessary.
  • Maintain a steadfast dedication to upholding high standards of excellence and quality.
  • Exhibit the capability to work productively both independently with minimal oversight and collaboratively within a team.
