Description
The Data Reporting Analyst comprehends the department, segment, and organizational strategy and operational objectives, along with their connections to related areas. They make decisions regarding their work methods, occasionally in uncertain situations, and require minimal direction, receiving guidance when necessary. They follow established guidelines and procedures. This role will generate recurring and one-time reports covering all business lines throughout Humana to assess the access and availability of our provider network.

Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of technical experience in data reporting analysis
- Proficiency in Excel (reporting data, pivots, formulas, etc.) and SQL
- Experience in analyzing data to create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Substantial experience with quality control and data integrity
- Ambitious and motivated to achieve results
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple or competing priorities
- Ability to build relationships and gain the trust of key stakeholders and team members
- Proficiency in understanding healthcare-related data
- This is a remote role, but candidates must live within the Eastern Time Zone
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced technical acumen and experience with SQL or other relational database experience
- Experience utilizing Power BI, SSIS, and other reporting/data tools
- Project management experience
Work-At-Home Requirements
- Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
- A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mbps download x 10mbps upload) is required.
- Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
