Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on leveraging quantitative analysis, data mining, and presentation skills to enhance user interaction across our consumer and business products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis to interpret complex data and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address challenges, identify trends, and foster opportunities.
• Drive the development and launch of innovative product features based on analyzed data.
• Design and assess the impact of experiments, holdouts, and new products.
• Clearly communicate data-driven insights to influence product directions and company strategies.
• Advocate for and implement best practices in analytics across teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or similar fields.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in data science, analytics or a related field.
• Proficiency in machine learning, ETL processes, SQL, Python, and R.
• Experience with large-scale data processing using systems like Hadoop, Hive, or MapReduce.
• Strong skills in quantitative techniques such as clustering, regression, and statistical analysis.
