Data Science Lead Position

Required Experience

• 5+ years in analytics, providing data-driven solutions to executive questions.
• 3+ years implementing machine learning techniques for business value, including penalized linear regression and SVM analysis.
• Proficiency in econometric concepts such as causal inference, standard error correction, and population inference.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas in both technical and non-technical contexts.
• Software engineering experience in Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with Python ML libraries like scikit-learn and TensorFlow (preferably version 2.0), and relevant cloud SDKs.
• Knowledge of source control, code review, style guide compliance, and modular development.
