CRIF, a prestigious and innovative global group specialized in information solutions, decision-making models, outsourcing, software, and consultancy services, is seeking a skilled Data Science Leader to enhance our 'Advanced Analytics Global' team—a Center of Excellence that combines expertise in Data Science, Data Engineering, and Data Visualization.

Your Role as a Data Science Leader

You will be a motivated, autonomous professional with a sharp business sense responsible for:

• Coordinating multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously, involving overseeing the development of Machine Learning algorithms/traditional statistical models, and explaining sophisticated models and complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contributing to product design and development in collaboration with our Managers and Data Scientists.
• Managing the full lifecycle of asset development, overseeing commercial aspects and data protection in collaboration with specialized corporate areas.
• Maintaining client relationships, effectively presenting the added value of CRIF's machine learning solutions independently or alongside senior team members.

Key Qualifications:

• A degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4-6 years of work experience in Data Science within a consultancy firm.
• Proficiency in essential Data Science software and programming languages, preferably Python (knowledge of R and SAS is a plus).
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Consultative approach with strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to Have:

• Postgraduate degree.
• Previous project participation in the banking or insurance sector, familiarity with industry processes.
• International professional experience.
• Experience working with high-level corporate functions (C-level).
• Good command of German, both written and spoken.
