Job Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and developing Power BI dashboards critical for both our internal stakeholders and external clients. You will gather and interpret requirements from diverse product areas to ensure that our analytical solutions align perfectly with business needs. A significant part of your job will involve sourcing, cleaning, modeling, and manipulating data to craft user-friendly application interfaces for various business domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct collaboration with business units to comprehend their processes and goals.
  • Execution of analytical use cases as directed by management.
  • Independently assemble data sets and apply advanced modeling techniques like regression models, neural networks, and clustering to extract actionable insights.
  • Communicating complex analysis results to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner through reports and presentations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of analytical solutions ready for production implementation.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Master’s Degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer and Information Science, Engineering, or a closely related field is required. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in the same fields coupled with three years of relevant experience may also be considered.

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with 1-3 years of Data Science or Data Analysis experience holding a master's degree or 4+ years experience with a bachelor’s degree will be preferred.

Skills Needed:

  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning
  • Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery for data analysis
  • Statistical analysis using Python, R
  • Effective written and oral presentation skills
  • Basic prototyping and front-end skills

Working Conditions:

This office-based position occasionally requires teaching or training others and may involve traveling between work sites. Physical demands include lifting up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
