Become Part of Our 'AI Solutions for Sales & Marketing' Team

We are on the lookout for a talented Data Scientist Engineer who is passionate about building impactful Data Science and Generative AI applications for our Sales and Marketing departments.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Data Scientist Engineer, you will:

  • Implement AI solutions using machine learning (ML) and data science to enhance decision-making in marketing and sales.
  • Develop Generative AI-based solutions focusing on Large Language Models with RAG architecture.
  • Convert disparate system data from sources like Salesforce and SAP into integrated data pipelines for ML applications.
  • Enhance ML Ops focusing on predictions, forecasting, alerting, and simulations for AI solutions.
  • Translate supply chain team requirements into robust AI-driven solutions, driving sustainable and scalable implementations.
  • Guide and train teams, helping them understand data needs, data quality, and the relevance of data science and ML for supply chain planning.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in an agile environment to unveil business insights from data.

Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals who have:

  • A degree in IT, computational sciences, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in AI architecture, data science, or machine learning engineering within an agile environment.
  • Proficiency in Python and related libraries (Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow). Object-oriented programming knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, large datasets, relational databases, and cloud-based development, particularly with Microsoft Azure.
  • Excellent command of English, with German language skills being advantageous.
