Key Responsibilities

As a pivotal member of our team, you will:

• Partner with cross-functional teams in Product, Engineering, and beyond to leverage machine learning for actionable insights and innovative solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to improve and influence product strategies and development using ML modeling and analytics.
• Drive the ML-modeling roadmaps, contribute to product strategy decisions, and guide product analytics initiatives.
• Communicate complex data-driven insights to stakeholders and guide decision-making processes.
• Build, test, and deploy machine learning models and prototypes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience of 6+ years (or 4+ years with a Ph.D.) in analytics, specializing in ML Modeling, Ranking, Recommendations, or Personalization systems.
• A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong proficiency in big data systems (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and data querying languages (e.g., SQL).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python) and statistical software (e.g., R).

Preferred Qualifications

• An advanced degree like a Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field is highly desirable.

Compensation and Location

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $173,000 to $242,000 per year plus bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The position is tailored according to skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
