Key Responsibilities:

As part of our dynamic team, you will:

• Design, develop, and evaluate predictive models and algorithms.
• Analyze complex data to interpret results and provide actionable insights.
• Develop software programs, algorithms, and automated processes to streamline operations.
• Collaborate on team projects, contributing to team objectives and learning from colleagues.
• Utilize advanced statistical and mathematical techniques for modeling and trend analysis.
• Effectively communicate findings through both written and verbal means to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Applicants should have:

• 2-3 years of experience in exploratory data analysis and model development.
• Strong foundation in SQL, R, Python, and other analytical tools like Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, Scala, AWS.
• Proven abilities in technical writing, data storytelling, and technical presentation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Effective interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

Desired Qualifications:

A Master's Degree in a related field is preferred.

Location and Hours:

This role is available at our locations in Vienna, Virginia; Winchester, VA; and Pensacola, FL. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM.

Salary Range:

The salary range for the Data Scientist position is $76,900 - $138,900 annually, and for Senior Scientist, it's $95,000 - $159,675 annually.
