About the Job

OneStream is seeking a dedicated Data Team Specialist to enhance the Data Team’s workload, productivity, and data quality, significantly contributing to overall team performance. The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, effectively managing high volumes of data from various sources.

This role reports to the Data Team Manager and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams within the Revenue Operations division, supporting data accuracy, integrity, quality assurance, data management, and governance practices.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring data quality assurance, reducing errors, enforcing data quality standards, and maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date data.
• Assisting with ongoing data clean-up and migration projects; researching contact and account information across multiple databases; updating and adding contact, company, and territory information in Salesforce.
• Maintaining cross-functional data consistency to ensure continual alignment and improvements for data optimization.
• Contributing to the stability of the internal day-to-day Sales Support ticketing queue.
• Participating in various team projects throughout the year.
• Wearing multiple hats by knowing the data end-to-end across Revenue Operations, with a willingness to work cross-functionally.
• Developing and maintaining discrepancy reporting tools and dashboards for real-time insights into data governance and performance.

Qualities of a Successful Candidate

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
• Experience with Salesforce
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools
• 1-2 years' relevant experience in Sales Operations and/or Data Quality
• Experience with Data Loader is a plus
• Experience in a SaaS or high-tech company is a plus
