Your Role
Our consultants lead our clients through intricate technology needs to surmount the given challenge. You will be required to generate structure from chaos, and to convert vague information into strategic action plans. Requirements
As a user interface designer, you will orchestrate and evolve analytics applications on one of our BI platforms, creating insightful visualizations designed to address unique customer problems. Preferred applicants should possess a creative and analytical mindset, and demonstrated eagerness and capability to tackle novel and unfamiliar challenges. This role is a full-time, salaried position with benefits that does not require relocation. Candidates must have a suitable home office.
Key Responsibilities
A visualization specialist’s core accountability includes designing and evolving analytics applications on our BI platforms, including Tableau, QlikSense, Qlik View, and PowerBI. Responsibilities encompass:
- Collaborating closely with our healthcare clients to comprehend visualization requirements and offer best practice suggestions.
- Deciphering dashboard requirements and objectives, and translating them into charts and dashboards that narrate a cohesive story and address complex problems.
- Creating and presenting mockups for new dashboards to collect early feedback from end-users.
- Training healthcare organizations on visualization construction and UI finest practices.
- Dealing with and resolving technical visualization development issues.
- Expanding and refining visualization finest practices, standard procedures, and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience developing on one or more of the following BI platforms: Tableau, QlikView, Qlik Sense, or Power BI (Data preparation experience is not required).
- Ability to swiftly learn and master new BI platforms.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
- Competence in interpreting business and visualization requirements and turning them into a tangible deliverable.
- Robust communication skills; Ability to conduct visualization scoping sessions and demonstrations with stakeholders on various levels.
- Experience in efficiently balancing and prioritizing work across multiple clients and teams concurrently.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience within the healthcare industry.
- Entry level exposure to or experience in one or more programming languages (SQL, Cache, Python, C#, etc.)
