Technical and Domain Expertise

We seek expertise in SQL & Python/R along with strong knowledge in statistical techniques and reporting.

Role and Responsibilities

The selected candidate will work directly with clients in a dynamic work environment to address their analytics needs. Indicative areas of work include:

• User Analytics: Analyze user behavior, feature adoption, retention and churn drivers, transaction behavior, offer redemptions, and the impact of email and notifications.
• Marketing Measurement: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across channels like ATL & performance media.
• Product Analytics: Conduct in-depth product analysis to drive business growth.

Client Management

• Lead conversations with clients to generate new ideas and identify opportunity segments.
• Provide consulting expertise to help clients identify growth opportunities and scale engagements.
• Communicate effectively to understand client business needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Technical Responsibilities

• Work with large, complex data sets to solve analytical problems using advanced methods.
• Build data pipelines and dashboards for marketers to self-serve data needs, enabling automated tracking of campaigns.
• Harmonize data, set up models, and utilize statistical tools to analyze relationships and output, determining next actions.

Project Management

• Lead client engagements independently, ensuring successful execution end-to-end.
• Maintain regular client updates and meetings.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, analyze project risks, track execution, and monitor success metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience with databases, SQL coding, and statistical tools (e.g., R / Python).
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis/modeling and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL is essential.
• Strong problem-solving and insight generation skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education

B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related technical degree, or equivalent experience.
